Tim Hamilton is Owner and CEO of Apex Appraisal Service, a leading appraisal management company located in Roseville, CA. Since Apex’s inception in 2009, Tim has overseen staff growth by 183% to accommodate a larger portfolio of clients and create career opportunities for job-seekers. Within eight years, Tim has established licensing in 22 States, increasing by 262%, and is on track to acquire a national footprint in all 50 States.
Known for his belief in commitment and loyalty, Tim has developed and maintained exceptional relationships with the clients he serves and continues to be influential in his business and community. Primarily growing the business by word-of-mouth and referral, Tim has a respected reputation that yields organic business opportunities locally and nationally. Tim is passionate about humanitarian and social drives and is a key contributor in efforts to support local and national non-profit charities such as Families for Children and Taylor House.
Before Apex Appraisal, he worked as a Certified General Appraiser for 17 years where he gained first-hand experience in the home valuation process, performing inspections rain-or-shine, from dawn to dusk, and delivery of appraisal reports on-time. He has been in the fast-paced restaurant business for 25 years, which taught him excellent customer service and hard work.
Tim resides in Roseville, California, with his wife Cathy, and has four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and traveling.
COO and National Sales Director
Gabriel Hern is Chief Operations Officer and National Director. Since joining Apex Appraisal Service in 2016, Gabriel has spearheaded numerous initiatives including: Developing B2B Sales and Marketing Strategies, Social Media and Technology Integration, National Lender Acquisition and Client Satisfaction.
With a history of driving successful sales initiatives, Gabriel has developed long-term relationships with clients he acquires, believing in client retention as opposed to churn and burn tactics. Committed to knowledge, excellence, and service, his approach is to educate the clients he does business with. Gabriel has a huge heart for charities and is actively involved in his community and poverty alleviation, volunteering his extra time at Living Water International.
Before Apex Appraisal, Gabriel was a Broker and Mortgage Business Owner and has over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry. He resides in Roseville, CA, with his wife and 5 rambunctious children and enjoys spending his time going on adventures with his family, traveling, and attending sporting events.
Director of Operations
Rick Kobzeff is Director of Operations. Rick has been with Apex Appraisal since 2013 and along with managing the day-to-day operations, he takes assignments in Northern California as an active In-house appraiser, offering valuable knowledge and a wealth of first-hand experience of the valuation process while performing valuations independently and accurately.
Before joining Apex, Rick has been a full-time Appraiser for 9 years and in the restaurant industry for over 25. He has acquired a large portfolio of valuations he completed successfully and is a respected professional in the industry, never failing to offer his extensive knowledge to clients, appraisers, and staff alike. Because of his experience in the restaurant industry, he has mastered skills of customer service and treats each one of his clients as if they are royalty. Rick’s compassion is for Autism Speaks and is actively contributing to this charity.
Rick resides in Roseville, CA with his wife and has 3 children. When he’s not busy taking care of his family, he considers himself a food connoisseur and loves to prepare international cuisine, visiting Disney Land, and all things Star Wars related.
Director of Business Continuity
Dustin Campana is the Director of Business Continuity. Dustin joined Apex Appraisal in 2016 and his primary has focus is leading the Escalations Team. This includes overcoming appraisal challenges, customer service, reviews, conflict resolution, appraiser panel updates. Dustin has a working knowledge of HOEPA, USPAP, and CFPB rules and regulation compliance, to ensure proper business flow.
Before Apex, Dustin has owned a Mortgage Company for 3 years and has 18 years of experience in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry. Dustin is a high energy, compassionate individual, who enjoys and thrives in high stress and fast-paced environments. He is enthusiastic about coaching youth for West County Youth Football and Cheer was previously a board member for the last 5 years.
Dustin resides in Santa Rosa, CA with his wife and 4 children and enjoys spending time with family, camping, and golfing.
Senior Sales Executive
Anthony Rodriguez is the Senior Sales Executive. Anthony joined Apex in 2016 and is passionately driving new Client Acquisition and B2B Sales, managing portfolios as Account Manager, and maintaining client satisfaction of current client relationships. Known for his personable and charismatic disposition, Anthony continues to forefront numerous B2B sales initiatives within the company.
With over 12 years in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry in executive, management, and sales roles, Anthony has a proven track record as Top Producer and has set and exceeded sales records at previous companies he was employed at prior to joining Apex. His experience of owning a day spa has developed his supreme customer service skills. He is actively involved in non-profit organizations such as Salvation Army, Toys for Tots, and Make-A-Wish Foundation. He proactively makes a difference by compassionately adopting family in need through Salvation Army during the holiday season.
Anthony resides in Folsom, CA with his wife Julia and 3 children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, fitness, and dirt bike riding.
